A:Does he have a TeX system installed?
If you are using WinEdt for creating TeX documents, you
will also need a TeX system. WinEdt is ready to work with
MiKTeX, which you can get at www.miktex.org. Our own web site
gives you information on how WinEdt integrates with a TeX system, etc
(as of course does WinEdt's on-line Help (F1); section on
Getting Started)...
